Along with the continuous development on the international Seabuckthorn research and exploit, global scale Seabuckthorn academic exchanges increase frequently, in which the ISA conference played an important role. In order to regulate ISA conference bidding procedures and to enhance the quality and effectiveness, according to the "International Association of Seabuckthorn" and the "ISA technical committee charter," a special final bidding Guide is made for it (provisional).

1 Conference Bidding

ISA Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as "the Secretariat") take charge receiving and managing the bidding of ISA Conference (hereinafter referred to as "the conference ") and are responsible for guiding the implementation of the relevant activities. International Seabuckthorn Conference is held once every two years in principle.

1.1 Qualification

All the member countries of ISA have the right to be the host of ISA Conference.
ISA encourages the qualified and capable countries to hold the conference separately or jointly, so as to improve seabuckthorn scientific research level, to promote Seabuckthorn development in neighboring countries, and to expand seabuckthorn affection on the international community.
Principally, one country can’t hold twice ISA Conferences continuously.

1.2 Content and form

Bidding country shall fill in the "application form of ISA Conference hereinafter referred to as " application table ", see Annex 1), signed by the responsible people, it has to be mailed to the secretariat before the conference six months ahead at least.
Contents of bidding include the objectives and significance of the conference, organizing conditions and abilities, agenda, and the budget, etc.
In addition to the application form, audio and video information is necessary to proof of its bidding ability.
