ISA (International Seabuckthorn Association) Annual Board and SCISA (Scientific Committee of ISA) Meeting, 2009, was hold in Belokurikha, Altai Territory, Russian Federation, on September 2, 2009. All the members, including Prof. Yuanlin Tai (China), Mr. Veli-Harkku Korteniemi (Finland), Dr. Natalia Demidova (Russia), Dr. Joers-Thomas Moersel (Germany), Prof. Henry Lu (China), Dr. Virendra Singh (India), Prof. Rongsen Lu(China), Dr.Baoru Yang(Finland), Prof. Heikki Kallio (Finland), Dr.Yury Zubarev (Russia), Dr. R C Sawhney (India) , Prof. Hu Jianzhong (China), Dr. Xia Jingfang (China) etc., except Dr. Tej Partap (India), Dr. A. W. Jasra (Pakistan), Dr. Thomas S. C. Li (Canada), Prof. Wu Dacheng (China), Mr. Utioh Alphonsous (Canada).

The main topics in the conference are to determine the host country for the Fifth International Seabuckthorn Association Conference (ISA-2011), to determine the host country for the SA Annual Board and SCISA Meeting in 2010, to report on circumstance of International Seabuckthorn Association Web site (www. isahome.net) and journal (International Seabuckthorn research and development), and to bring the requirement on contribution for the web and journal to the members.

The meeting listened to the report on applying to host the Fifth International Seabuckthorn Association Conference (ISA-2011) from a delegation from China's Qinghai Province, and consented to the application. The meeting also conformed the ISA Annual Board and SCISA Meeting, 2010, will be hold by India. Other related works were also discussed in this meeting.
