1. The Board held an annual conference each year. The board is composed of 10 members, including one president, three vice president, secretary general and chief financial officer elected through general meeting.
2.The president and vice presidents of the Board are also the president and vice presidents of association.
3.The term of office for members of Board is two years. The new members are elected in the second annual meeting. The Board carries out the policies of association and develop the business refers to the constitution and the spirit of general meeting. The Board is responsible for budget and submit which in general meeting to considerate. At the same time, the Board is in charge of reporting the progress of work plan and implementation.
4.If a member of Board abandon the qualification as a board member before the new board members are elected, the Board reserve the right to appoint temporary candidates to replace until the election of new general meeting.
5. If there is no special decision through the general meeting and the Board, the management cost is assumed by presidency country.
